The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to all the main attractions and in the heart of the city. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and everything looked brand new. I loved the terrace and lounge area, they were so comfortable and provided a great space to relax.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't like. the bunk beds were uncomfortably short, making it impossible to sit up without hitting my head.

my recent stay in evora was amazing, but heaven inn suites & terrace took it to another level. the staff was exceptionally nice, the commons area and terrace were gorgeous, and the location was perfect. i wish every hostel/hotel could be like this.

We had a fantastic time at the recently opened accommodation in Evora. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the coach station and historic sites. The cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive, unlike many other common bathrooms I've encountered. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall comfort of our stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to others and would definitely consider staying here again.

Dorm beds big and comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Very central, but not noisy. Friendly staff, reasonably priced. Could use more cooking utensils, but staff is accommodating. Two thumbs up. 👍

The location inside the old city is convenient, with great restaurants nearby. The building itself is stunning, with carefully chosen decor that creates a beautiful and harmonious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views. a must-stay when visiting!

We stayed in a lovely hostel that was more like a hotel. the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. the location was great, right in the center of the city, close to everything. the room was clean and comfortable, with spacious bunk beds that even accommodated taller guests. the bathroom was also clean, although there was a slight smell. the breakfast provided was ample and the staff even gave us a map and recommendations for things to do.

The rate only included the bed and bedding, with extra charges for lockers and towels.

We had an incredible stay at Heaven Inn Suites & Terrace. the staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. the hostel itself felt more like a modern hotel than a traditional hostel - it was clean, new, and beautifully designed. the location was perfect, just a minute away from the chapel of Bones. Our room was cute and spotless, and the beds even had power sockets and lights. the staff, especially Olinda, Maria Luz, and Marta, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with detailed recommendations for exploring the city. an excellent value and highly recommended for travelers of all ages. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.
